Jake came over last night and we cooked a gourmet meal together...suffice it to say that it wasn't too healthy but it sure was yummy! And now I am going to pay for it on my hips and thighs...so I am gonna work out twice today to try to make up for it...

I also like Body Jam classes at Ozark Fitness... but I don't go to Ozark Fitness as much as I should. I also have a membership at Cox North... ahh! But, really, I don't do much other than go to group fitness classes. And I'm serious, if you're a member of Chesterfield, you should join us over at Doling for the bootcamp. It's going to be in the morning. I can't remember the details, but you can read it on the events page... I think...
