I had a sweet surprise this morning when I stepped on the scale and realized I was down my first offical 10 lbs. I literally jumped off the bathroom scale and danced around the bathroom to celebrate... but then realized that this is only the beginning of a long journey.
For most of my life I have always struggled with weight. Being heavier set in my younger years, losing some, gaining some, then, about ayear and a half ago, I had my weight explode and gained over 23 lbs in only 6 months.
