Hey, tonight was not my best class. We ran about 1.5 miles and then we did walking lunges w/ upper body twist with 30 jumping jacks after every set of lunges, then we did 30 sec. worth of jump ups (jump on side of curb) after that we did crab walks with 20 crunches between sets of crab walks. I had a guy say he said the class was easy toninght, so I was a little angry and the last half of class was hard. Here it is... you do 10 knee drives (come up on side of picnic table like you are jumping up only with one leg) that is 10 on each side with 15 dips between each set of 10 knee drive on each side, then we did shuffel shuffel side lunge (10 on each side) then 15 squats between do 3 sets each then we did 5 moving tuck jumps with 3 walk steps between then five more tuck jumps 3 walk steps 5 jumps then 20 pushups between three sets of jumps at the end I was still not real happy so I had them sprint up and down the parking lot 10 times then we did abs. by the end of class I think everyone got a good workout. I don't think I will be hearing that my class is easy ever again. You can do that work out on your own. Don't give up, I don't eat right half the time. You just have to keep trying.
You can do this, I know you can. If you have a bad day, it's ok, just try again.
You need to call sometime. I miss you!!!
Love ya sis.
Oh boo~ I wish you could see it. Ashley Hill was our big winner. I still have to give it to her, but things have been crazy! Anyway, I know what you mean about eating right. Last night I had BBQ beef and rice! ha! I think if I had someone make it for me, I'd be better...

Hey sis, just wanted to say hello. Hope your doing great. How is the workout going? Boot camp at doaling starts again next week. I will have to send you the workouts. They are pretty good. I think you will like them (ok, not really) but they will work!!
Austin is home sick today, so I am working from home.
Talk to you soon.

It sounds so exciting! The thing about being there is that you can get to all these other cool destinations, too, without making a huge ordeal out of it. It's like you become super-well-traveled much quicker! How cool! You should definitely try to go to Tokyo or Seoul. Those places are crazy, very hustle bustle, but neat... lots of technology... how long is the flight to china? and what airline do you take?
Geez... that's really sad about the torch. I guess I'm not surprised, but you'd think they'd want to put forth a better effort since they had to apply for it. And plus, your kids missed out on a great experience! What else is happening in China these days? I really want to go there one day. I told you my sister lives there somewhere... have you guys had a chance to see other countries?
Thanks Camby! It was fun. I asked Gina how she did, and she ran it in 27 or something. I wish I could do that! She is such an inspiration. I'm dying in her bootcamp, but I still really like it! What's new with you? Gina said that the torch went through your area, but you couldn't see it. What?!
I think if you could get jason to do the workouts with you, it would be great. I have three guys in my buff brides class and they are all working hard. I think they like it, can't really tell yet. We are doing stairs and high knee's in the morning. We are also going to do a run and some lunges, and lots ore fun stuff. I will send you the workouts so you can do them. WAtch your calorie intake, don't give into the cravings, drink water when you think you want to snack.
Another subject, I rode my bike to class toinght and brought Austin home on it. It wasn't bad, I think I am going to ride it to boot camp in the morning.
Hey that's great about Rowan! What a beautiful name! It was funny because Gina worked us hard this morning, and she said, "boy you guys are a quite bunch" but I think it's because we were all so tired! Everyone really seems to like it, so I'm happy about that!! Well, let me know if you do the card thing. I'll try to think of other things we did while we were in Korea.
Camby, how are the workouts going? Let me know if you want me to send you my plan for bootcamp and you can do the same thing every week. Hey I am running low on the dried sweet potatoes! Can you belive that.
No, it's not a stupid question! Yes, I'm the news lady... I look a lot different on my blog than on TV I suppose... because usually I'm dying in all of my pictures that I post. Plus, when you lived here, I probably just started at KY3... KY3 now operates KSPR and I transferred over there for a chance at other jobs (anchoring). It's been a lot of fun! Plus, I don't think I would've ever been allowed to start a blog like this at the old place. Anyway, you know what you should do? You should have a bunch of sayings written in English and Mandarin like "I need to go to the international hospital" in both languages, laminate the sucker, and then if you ever need it, you can whip it out. Everytime I go to Korea, I have a little laminated flashcard with a bunch of different sayings on there in both languages, and then I use it when I need it (mostly for taxi drivers and vendors. "Can you please take me to my hotel, it is (address)." "Can you ship that to the United States?" Things like that!
It kind of sounds like Korea, too. I mean, they have stop signs, though. But everyone drives so crazy over there. I don't get it! I heard that a lot of people have drivers when they go over to work. Is that true? What happens if you wanted to leave in the middle of the night? That sounds pretty cool, though.
Just think of all the cool experiences you get to share with your family. I can't imagine how difficult it is to learn Chinese. I took Korean in college, and we had to learn some Chinese characters since that seems to be the root of all languages... but OMG, it's difficult! Do you drive over there too?
I know... she does push! She's a great instructor. I asked five of my friends to do it with me, and we just had our first bootcamp today. What do you guys do in China? I think it would be so fun to live in another country, but with our jobs...I'm not sure what we'd do! But if there's a way we could get it to work, that would be SO cool.
Hi Camby! Gina is so cool. I really enjoy her bootcamps. It's so cool you live in China! My sister lives in China, too! Did you just move there? I was thinking that Gina told me that. I love food, too... the last two weeks it's been kind of hard for me to get motivated to lose weight.
HI Camby!!! I'm so glad you joined our community!!! Please let me know what you're interested in~ We started a few discussions, but really, we're just getting started!!
